Exchanges for Damaged Products

We understand that occasionally, products may arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged product, we will be happy to replace it.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged.
    • To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  2. How to Request an Exchange:

    • Email us at acesbasketball1@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the damage, along with clear photos of the damaged product.
    • Once we receive your email, we will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the exchange process.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Brand ACES will cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged product and sending the replacement item.

  4. Processing Time:

    • Once we receive and inspect the damaged product, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement within 5 business days.
    • You will receive an email notification once your replacement item has been shipped.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only granted for products that are damaged upon arrival.
  • Any exchange requests made after the 5 business day window will not be accepted.
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet the above criteria.
